Cupcake Birthday Card

I hope you all enjoyed our recent Blog Hop, all the ladies had done such a great job.
Today I wanted to share with you a card I have made for my friends daughter who is turning 8 this coming weekend.
I got my inspiration from Fiona Harrison and really loved what she did with this Side Step Card.
I have only made a Side Step Card once before at a class with my lovely upline Marelle Taylor and thought can I really make it again. Well I think I did o.k what do you think?

Now who out there doesn't love cupcakes?
I used Crazy For Cupcakes and Cupcake Wheel and then I watercoloured the cupcakes in.

Other:Pretty In Pink Ribbon,Number Chip Board-non SU,Glitter-non SU, 2 way glue stick

Thanks for stopping by.

  1. Gorgeous card Michelle, well done on your first solo side step! It looks terrific and I'm sure will be a huge hit with the birthday girl (and her mum!).
